radish bean sprout salad

I love to see the little children palnt their radish seeds, dig them up to see if they’re growing and after an eternal month find they actually are. A few days before they are ready to pick, they can sprout some seeds in the kitchen and then they are ready to make their own salad all by themselves.

2 bunches of radishes, sliced as thinly as little hands can manage with a bread-n-butter knife (in other words, big chunks!)
2C bean sprouts
2 spring onions (as thinly sliced as the radishes)
   Mix to combine

1/4 C spiced vinegar
1/2 t sugar
2T olive oil
1/4 t freshly ground black pepper (a few turns or so with the grinder)
Combine ingredients and pour over salad
(it’s especially fun to shake this in a screwtop jar)
