sprout slaw

2C cabbage, finely sliced
1C sprouts
1/4 C cashew nuts or almonds, toasted
2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
   Combine in a bowl

2T lemon juice
2T oil
freshly ground black pepper
1T fresh mint, finely chopped
1t sugar
   Mix together and pour over salad
   Chill
