spinach sprout salad

Mid winter is as good a time as any to hop on the sprouting bandwagon.
Especially if you’d fallen off or never been for a ride.

3 bunches spinach, torn
lemon juice
   sprinkle juice over leaves

1C mustard sprouts
200g grapes
2 oranges, segmentes
1T sesame seeds, toasted
   Add and toss
   Serve with French dressing
