cheap pudding

Cheap is a word that more readily grabs my attention than *classy* or *posh* or *hip* or *in*.

2T yoghurt
2C flour
   Rub together

1t salt
4t baking powder
1/2 C sugar
   Add

2C raisins or sultanas or dates or dried berries
   Add

1-2 C milk
   Mix to a paste with however much milk is needed
   Place in baking dish

1C brown sugar (or less if you like)
2T butter
4C boiling water
   Mix together and the pour over batter
   Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes or so
