fuelled, ready for take-off

time to get this foodie blog going….it won’t be your standard food blog (I don’t really like cooking, don’t know how to take photos that don’t look so homemade and don’t particularly care for the fact that muffins are so nineties and cupcakes are the new black)….instead it’s a humble record of our journey towards eating local, organic, sustainably-produced pesticide-free nutrient-dense fare….we’re not eating our ideal every day yet, but we are moving in that direction (mostly)…..and when I’m gone, I want my kids to know why we ate what we did, beet kvass-n-all
