dear children,

I don't think I'll ever make you all individual handwritten recipe books as I had once dreamed of doing (though there WILL be a pinny to pass on to each of you), so here's a humble record of our journey towards eating local, organic, sustainably-produced pesticide-free nutrient-dense fare….we’re not eating our ideal every day yet, but we are moving in that direction…..and when I’m gone, I don't want you to forget we used to ~~love~~ suffer through drinking beet kvass!!
